Interclean Microfibre Program
We provide the highest standard of cleaning for high risk care facilities using the fully integrated Interclean Microfibre Program. This ensures standard infection control precautions are taken at all times to keep your patients safe. Contaminants, bacteria, and therefore illnesses, are not passed on by the cleaner from one room to the next as equipment is single use. With the Microfibre Mopping System, the microfiber pad is changed after every room, thereby reducing the risk of cross contamination. Most importantly, residents are kept safe reducing the risk of potential slip hazards.

Management and supervision are a critical component in maintaining excellent service levels and providing a 100% service guarantee. As our Contract Managers oversee a maximum of 5 facilities we are able to provide a level of supervision that is much higher than is generally provided in the industry.
We select our staff to suit our values and objectives and our staff take pride in their work to provide the highest service. Regular staff are maintained at facilities for consistency of service and to provide comfort and safety for the residents.

The program is maintained with our stringent auditing and inspection program where areas of concern are identified before they become an issue. The support of our staff and the facility is an integral component to the maintenance of our health and safety program. Setting measurable objectives and targets assists with the control of high risk areas, as does the analysis of data.
